How We Handle Your Data

Ticket Purchases

Ticket purchases are processed through Ticketbutler. We receive your name and email for event logistics. This data is used solely for conference administration and is deleted within 6 months after the event.

Speaker Submissions

Talk proposals are submitted through Sessionize. We access submission data (name, bio, talk details) for the CFP review process. Sessionize manages this data under their own privacy policy.

No Direct Data Collection

This website does not have user accounts, forms, or other direct data collection mechanisms beyond analytics cookies (with your consent).
